There are many different versions of this wonderfully tasty dish. I will put several different ones here. We do not use dairy products unless we can use a substitute.
5 large baking potatoes shredded
1 large vidalia onion diced
flax seed meal (1 tbsp + 3 tbsp water = 1 egg) make enough for 2 eggs. Let stand 3 min.
1/2 C of oat flour or potato flour
